Return and Refund Policy (nationwide)

We Want You to Love Your Purchase!

If you’re unhappy with your order, we’re here to help. Here’s how our return and refund process works:

Return Eligibility:

Timeframe: Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your item if you’d like to return it.
Condition: To ensure a smooth return, make sure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

How to return:

Contact us at +923168287115 to start the return process and get your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item carefully, including the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Send it to the address we provide with your RMA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds:

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges:

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different item, please return the original one and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized items and sale items aren’t eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If you receive something damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund
